Terms of Service

Version 2026.1 Effective April 20, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Casper Youth Hub check-in system, parent portal, staff admin, kiosk, and mobile app (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Void Outreach Inc., a Wyoming 501(c)(3) nonprofit doing business as Casper Youth Hub. By creating an account, registering a youth, or checking in at the Hub, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who may use the Service

  • A parent or legal guardian 18 or older may register a youth age 12 to 20 for Hub membership.
  • A youth 18 or older may self-register. A youth 13-17 may have an account with parental consent.
  • A youth under 12 is not eligible for Hub membership.
  • You must give accurate information and keep emergency contact details current.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity on your account. Share credentials only within your household. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access at support@casperyouthhub.org. Staff accounts require multi-factor authentication.

3. The Hub is a third space, not childcare

The Hub is a drop-in "third space." It is not daycare, after-school care, or supervised transportation. Youth may arrive and leave on their own schedule unless your family has configured a stricter departure policy on the youth's profile. The full description is in the Third-Space Policy.

4. Conduct

All users agree to the Youth Code of Conduct. Harassment, violence, weapons, alcohol, drug use, and other prohibited behaviors result in discipline up to and including suspension and revocation of membership. Hub staff are mandated reporters under Wyoming law.

5. Technology, kiosks, and personal devices

Use of Hub computers, tablets, printers, and Wi-Fi is governed by the Technology Use Policy. Personal devices are welcome but the Hub is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

6. Privacy

We handle personal information per our Privacy Policy. We never sell or license your family's data. We never use it for advertising. You can see, correct, export, or delete your family's data at any time.

7. Media and likeness

Photos and videos of Hub programs are governed by the Photo and Media Release, which uses per-channel opt-in consent. You can change your preferences at any time.

8. Fees

Hub membership is free. The $0.50 credit-card micro-charge used for COPPA parental-consent verification (ages 12) is refunded in full the same day. We may accept voluntary donations through a separate site; those are handled by Stripe, not by the Service.

9. Acceptable use of the Service

  • Do not attempt to access accounts or data that belong to other families.
  • Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach its security or authentication.
  • Do not submit false emergency contacts or medical information.
  • Do not spoof your device location to defeat the geofence.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Code of Conduct, or applicable law. We may also terminate or modify the Service at our discretion; we will give at least 30 days' notice for non-safety terminations. You may delete your household account at any time via the parent portal or by writing to privacy@casperyouthhub.org.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not warrant that check-in, auto check-out, or notifications will be delivered without error or delay. The Service is not a substitute for supervision, safety planning, or emergency response. Always call 911 in an emergency.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Void Outreach Inc.'s total liability arising from the Service is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Void Outreach Inc. against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are announced on this page and, for account holders, by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the change means you accept the updated Terms.
