Casper Youth Hub is operated by Void Outreach Inc. This page explains how youth, parents, caregivers, staff, and volunteers can request deletion of a Casper Youth Hub account and associated app data.
After confirmation, we delete or de-identify data that is not needed for legal, safety, grant-compliance, or audit reasons. This may include:
Some records may need to be kept for a limited period because Casper Youth Hub works with minors, safety-sensitive records, parental consent, and nonprofit compliance. When we must keep a record, we limit access and keep only what is needed.
| Data type | Retention after confirmed deletion request |
|---|---|
| Parental consent evidence and signed policy versions | Up to seven years for legal and audit requirements |
| Incident, suspension, safety, custody, and mandated-reporter records | Up to seven years, or longer if required by law or an active safety matter |
| Attendance, check-in, check-out, and geofence event records | Up to thirteen months unless tied to a safety, grant, or legal record |
| Audit logs showing who accessed or changed records | Up to seven years |
| Financial or payment processor records, if any | As required by the processor, tax rules, or legal compliance |
| Aggregate reports | May be kept permanently if they do not identify a person or household |
We aim to complete confirmed deletion requests within 10 business days. If we need more information to verify the request, the timeline starts after verification and email confirmation are complete.
